New York 2015: Tuesday

With our Super Shuttle scheduled to pick us up at 11 to return us to JFK, we made the most of our last hours by stopping yet again at Bagel Works and then heading to Central Park to walk around.

This time we made it to the Balto statue, then to the Bethesda Fountain. A young man was setting up his homemade bubble station to send huge soap bubbles into the air. A particularly successful one made it at least 100’ away and he exclaimed, “You see that?! I made it past 2 lightposts, I just set a new bubble record right here!” It was a beautiful stroll and a great way to say goodbye to the city. Right on time, the shuttle whisked us away and that was that.
