Yuba River

To escape the traditionally chilly San Francisco summer and find a bit of warmth, Doug, Maya, Nik and I headed east to the Yuba River for a quick 1-night camping trip. We enjoyed 90F days and an evening that stayed warm enough for shorts (!!). It was nothing short of glorious. A whole day comprised of nothing more strenuous than a 1-mile hike down to the river and throwing small rocks at big rocks. Pretty perfect.
